We must have smelled like
a bunch of grumpy old men 
out there as the A5-3-5 
smell wafted throughout our 
zone before kick off!

Avik attempts his best
energizer bunny (also known
as Gilles) imitation and 
succeeds!  Corrie has a 
great two-way game being
a factor in both ends of 
the field all game long.

We took a quick 1-0 lead,
and in the end managed to 
hang on to win 2-1.  

Games are always tough
against these guys, good
fun as well.

Phil saves a goal late in
the game and draws a yellow
card later on as well.  (He's
received 2 yellow cards and
drawn around 25 out of 
opponents over the years!)

We get a 10.0 for effort, but
a 5.0 for style our defending
didn't look very good at 
times, but it worked out in 
the end with Ray dishing out
his usual round of great saves.
We fell just short of his 
third shutout of the year.
