barely able to field a team...
barely able to compete. for 
the 3rd or 4th game in a row, 
we can barely put 11 guys
on the field. we start the first 
10-15 minutes playing with 
only 10 guys. play a very 
strong opening half with 
numerous chances in the 
opposing end. jason gets 
reward with a penalty shot 
early in the game but fails to 
convert. opposition also awarded 
two penalty shots in the opening 
frame (one was awarded even 
though the player who was 
brought down in the box was 
given a yellow card for illegal 
substitution). steph save one 
and almost get a piece of the second.


start the second half down 3-1 
but still generate a few chances in 
the opening 10 minutes of the half. 
eventually the lack of subs catches 
up with us and the last 30 minutes 
the defence has to deal with numerous 
4on1s and 5on2s.
