"loaner" (1), 1 (I missed it).

Conditions: Light rain for a few minutes, very windy.

Only Phil L., Tri , Ghislain, Jason, Eric B. and
Naveed showed up this time around.  We took
several players from the Spitfires in order to
shore up our roster.  Phil L., Jason, Tri and
Naveed took turns in nets.  Wasn't a very
"structured" game for us, difficult to tell who
plays what position when the players don't know
each other all that well.  It was more a practice
than a game, but it was more fun than a practice
with only 5 or 6 players...  Eric B.'s goal was
refused because the ref called it offside,
although that was very questionable since it was a
lateral pass ...  The Hornets would like to
thank the Spitfires organisation for these two
exhibition games, good luck to all of you in
your respective leagues!  I guess we'll have
to call this East vs West series a draw thanks
to our not so good attendance during the second game.
Rematch next year!
