We had high hopes for this tournament, but things just didn't work out. We didn't manage to win a single game in a tournament this year, the fact that we usually come on strong in the last 40-30 minutes of a game (which are minutes always missing in the shortened tournament games) really hurts us.
Regardless of the final result, Kashif had a great tournament scoring 3 of our 4 goals. That
puts the finishing touch on his best Hornets season ever, congrats!

We got killed by a last second goal, Gilles and Erik shared goaltender duties (not by choice!).

A more respectable result, but a tie is almost as good as a loss in these tournaments.

This team has clearly improved since our meeting in 1997, the 2nd and 3rd goals just took the
wind out of us.
